So this is an informal introduction. I don't really do formal and I am gritting my teeth against the desire to make this perfect and just get something in a blog post...so here goes. My name is Dan and I'm in my forties and its taken me a long time to realize I needed to have an ADHD evaluation done. I've gone my whole life thinking certain things were a problem for everyone and developed a lot of shortcuts to get past those things only to slowly realize over the last five years or so that I am not neuro-typical.
